The ice allocator is the free product: allocations for up to 12 teams and 60 ice slots, the calendar review and team schedule sheets. Premium is for the whole association: every team, every season, the fairness report for the board, arena sheets and calendar files.

What stays free?
Ice allocation for a season of up to 12 teams and 60 ice slots, forever: every hard rule, the calendar and team review with drag, locks, swaps and live flags, team schedule sheets, the unused ice list, JSON backup and restore, the guides and the FAQ. No account is needed and nothing you type leaves your browser.
What does Premium add?
Associations larger than 12 teams or 60 ice slots, seasons and more than one draft, the fairness report, arena sheets by day, calendar files for every team and CSV downloads.
Is the allocator different in Premium?
No. The allocator, its rules and its reasons are the same for everyone. Premium raises the size limit and adds seasons, drafts, the report, arena sheets, calendar files and CSV. It does not allocate a free season any differently.
What happens if I import a larger season on the free plan?
Everything in the file is kept. The first 12 teams and 60 ice slots are allocated and editable, and the rest are listed read-only with a note. Extra seasons and drafts open read-only. Nothing is deleted.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by our payment processor. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Icesheet recognises your Premium on this device. Your teams and ice are never sent to it. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I bought Premium on another browser or computer. How do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Your seasons move separately: save a backup file on the old browser and restore it here.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with, and access can be recovered from there.
